Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and CallRise AI Inc. ("CallRise AI", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the CallRise AI desktop application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

1. The Service

CallRise AI helps you with sales calls. It provides transcription, AI-generated summaries, coaching and suggestions, meeting preparation, and task and calendar management. We may change, add or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old and provide an email address you control. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

3. Recording and consent

You are solely responsible for complying with laws on recording, transcribing and monitoring communications. This includes informing call participants or getting their consent where the law requires it. Do not use the Service to capture any conversation you are not legally allowed to capture.

4. Third-party services

Some features depend on services you connect or choose, such as your AI provider (using your own API key), Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for them. Our Privacy Policy explains what data is sent to them.

5. AI output

AI-generated transcripts, summaries, suggestions and briefs can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review them before relying on them. They are not legal, financial or professional advice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of any law or anyone else's rights
• try to access other users' data or our systems without authorization
• reverse engineer, resell or disrupt the Service, except where the law allows it
• use the Service to send spam or harmful content

7. Your content

You keep ownership of your content: your calls, transcripts, notes and data. You give us permission to process it only as needed to operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Subscriptions and payment

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices and billing terms are shown before you buy. Stripe processes payments. Unless we state otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. When you cancel, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account, email support@callrise-ai.com. We may suspend or end access to the Service if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, CallRise AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you in the App or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
